I want to take this opportunity to express my gratitude for your kindness. This apartment has been ideal for me. As a cancer patient at SCCA my needs have been a little different from your other tenants, I am sure. The quietness of the apartment, the beautiful view, the lovely patio with the flowers has been very good for me.
You have done an excellent job of decorating the apartment also. My favorite colors are earthy, bold, and bright and to my delight that is the decorating theme here. The two bedrooms and baths have been an absolute godsend. I could go lay down while my caretakers were watching TV or doing other things. I didn’t have to wait if I needed the bathroom. While in my bedroom I couldn’t even hear their TV. Everything has worked out extremely well. I want to thank you again for all you have done.
One of the things I like most about this place is the location. We are minutes from downtown Seattle, minutes from many parks where we go walking, minutes away from the Clinic. And the Malls! My goodness, how great they are. And so close also. Ten minutes away for the Northgate Mall, maybe 15 minutes to the Bellevue Square Mall. Being from Alaska, I really appreciate the malls! There is so much to see and do and we are so close to everything; yet it is like we are in a quiet small neighborhood.
If I have to come back to Seattle, I hope you will have a vacancy. You have been compassionate, fun, and quick to respond if we ever had a problem. I was especially impressed when I told you there was no iron in the apartment and you went right out and bought us a new one! What an awesome landlord!

It has been and is a pleasure to live in 3G Properties. The buildings under your leadership are aesthetically maintained, immediate response to mechanical problems (if any), selective neighbors, no smoking, and the neighborhoods lend themselves to new friendships.
There is grocery shopping, easy bus routes and close to downtown tourist sites. Each building I have lived in is within a historical district, either Capitol Hill and the Seattle Asian Art Museum or the Fremont District, both enjoyable for walking explorations. I enjoy the home environment and the living conditions immensely.

Recently, I, and my family, had the privilege of spending nearly four months in a rental property owned and managed by 3G Properties. Prior to our arrival in Seattle, 3G provided us with excellent information about the property via the website. They also corresponded with us by e-mail and telephone to make sure we had all the necessary information, paperwork, and answers to questions needed for our reservation. That level of care and vigilance continued throughout our stay in Seattle.
The apartment was immaculate upon our arrival, fully furnished, with fresh linens, and every need provided for. Maintenance outside, and inside, as needed, was provided throughout our stay in a timely, respectful, and conscientious manner. Our stay in Seattle was necessary for the receipt of medical services at Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, a daunting adventure for all of us. The people at 3G eased our way by providing a beautiful, peaceful space for living and recuperating. We will always be thankful to them and contact them again if our plans include travel to Seattle in the future. We recommend 3G with enthusiasm and confidence.
