The Seattle Cancer Care Alliance Clinic, located at 825 Eastlake Avenue East, is within one minute or less than one half mile of the Pete Gross facility.

3G Properties consist of two unique locations. Each property is a Mediterranean-style building with 3 units per building.

Our Lake Union/Queen Anne location, known as the Dexter Avenue Triplex is approximately 2.2 miles from Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and approximately 3.0 miles to University of Washington Medical Center. This building features outstanding Lake Union views.

Our North Capitol Hill location known as the Highland Drive property is approximately 2.2 miles to Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and 1.7 miles to the University of Washington Medical Center.

Each home has either a private deck or patio with views of Lake Union and Cascade Mountains or is located within the historical residential neighborhood of North Capitol Hill.

Pete Gross House can bill private insurance as well as DSHS, Washington State Department of Social and Health Services. Be sure to ask about DSHS requirements before moving in.

3G Properties is managed respectively, by your caretakers, Robin Hoard and Jim Elmer.
